DPU - DELIVERED AT PLACE UNLOADED

Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU) (formerly observed as DAT for “Delivered at Terminal”) needs the vendor to deliver the products at the disposal of the customer when they’ve been unloaded from the arrival means that of transport.
 The DPU is that the soles Incoterms rule that the vendor needs to unload the merchandise at the place of destination.
DPU will apply to any—and over one—mode of transport. The customer and vendor ought to specify and agree upon a named place of destination.
DPU needs the vendor to clear merchandise for export, wherever applicable, with a no obligation to clear the products for import, pay tariff or perform import customs formalities.
